    Today, less than 1% of the world’s textiles are recycled. The majority ends up incinerated or in landfills. To give these wastes a second life, we collect production offcuts and used clothes to create a recycled material. After sorting by color and removing non-textile parts, the fabrics are shredded and heated into fine particles. A treatment in an airtight tank transforms these fibers into recycled polyester pellets, which are then extruded and assembled into a brand-new yarn. This process reduces the material's CO2 impact by 23% compared to virgin polyester, while maintaining equivalent quality.
