IN-HOME PRODUCT ASSEMBLY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Free delivery and assembly services are available only for in-store purchases at participating Decathlon stores.
Assembly services must be booked by Decathlon staff at the time of purchase.
“Same Day Delivery & Assembly” may be offered for in-store purchases completed before 1:00 PM, subject to availability and location.
The assembly service is performed by an independent third-party provider appointed by Decathlon South Africa Sports (Pty) Ltd (“Decathlon”).
While Decathlon facilitates this service, all assembly activities are carried out solely by the third-party provider under its own control and responsibility.
Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the assembly location.
Any issues with delivery or assembly must be reported to the store of purchase within 48 hours of service completion.
To the extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act, Decathlon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, injury, or damage arising from or in connection with the assembly service, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, unless such liability cannot be excluded by law.
By accepting this service, the customer acknowledges that Decathlon is not responsible for any acts, omissions, or performance of the third-party service provider.
Decathlon reserves the right to amend or discontinue this service at any time without prior notice.
