When and why should you wear this knee support?

With its level 3 out of 5 support, this knee support is there when things start to get energetic:basketball, volleyball, running, fitness, etc.It reduces unwanted movement between the tibia and the femur. The articulated side reinforcements keep the knee straight to follow your movements as you exercise.
