    Wear this elbow support during sport.Designed for compression to support the joint, it reduces vibration during exercise.Its double anti-slip silicone pad on the entire surface ensures good elbow support.Its anatomic shape, elastic fabric and comfort zone in the elbow crease guarantee your comfort.Suitable for the left or right elbow.Do not wear for more than 3 hours.

    Choosing the right size elbow support

    Measure your arm circumference, 5 cm below the elbow pit.Then match the value measured with the following size chart:
    Size 1: 21.5 - 23.5 cm
    Size 2: 23.5 - 26 cm
    Size 3: 26 - 28 cm
    Size 4: 28 - 30 cm

    The elbow support must be properly tightened to ensure good support but not too much to limit blood circulation.
