    Design details

Why and when should you wear this ankle support?

This ankle support provides compression to stabilise your joint during impact activities:basketball, football, handball, tennis, badminton, running, trail running, gymnastics, judo, etc.Optimal comfort for your medium and high intensity activities thanks to the silicone pad
With the ventilation of the compressive knit, your feet can breathe and stay dry throughout your workout. Can be worn with shoes and socks.

Choosing the right size ankle support

Measure your ankle circumference 5 cm above the ankle bone. Then match the value measured with the following size chart:Size 1: 20 - 22 cm
    Size 2: 22 - 23.5 cm
    Size 3: 23.5 - 25 cm
    Size 4: 25 - 26.5 cm

It's important to choose an ankle support adapted to your shape for maximum efficiency and stability. An ankle support that is too stiff or soft will not give you the stability you need and may restrict your movements.
