    Choosing the right size ankle support

    Measure your ankle circumference 5 cm above the ankle bones.Then match the measured value with the following size chart:Size 1: 20 - 22 cm
    Size 2: 22 - 23.5 cm
    Size 3: 23.5 - 25 cm
    Size 4: 25 - 26.5 cm

    It's important to choose an ankle support adapted to your shape for maximum efficiency and stability.An ankle support that is too stiff or soft will not give you the support you need and can restrict your movements.
