    Why should you play padel with specific shoes?

    Padel is played on sand-filled artificial grass. This makes the court slippery. Padel shoes have a sole with a specific shape so that players of all levels have the grip they need. They also provide lateral stability, foot support, and cushioning as they absorb impacts.

    Outsole tread pattern: Herringbone sole

    This sole is also called wavy or clay court tread. You can recognize it by its wave design. Its good traction is what makes it the most popular sole in padel. It's also incredibly durable and perfect for playing on synthetic turf.
