    What is the point of these pads?

    The perfect alternative for anyone who doesn't want to wear gloves. These pads offer targeted protection from blisters and rubbing, as well as from dirt, without the bulk of a pair of gloves. Their reinforced grip gives you a good hold on your weights, while their breathable fabric keeps your hands dry.

    Note that you should not use these fitness pads for dynamic movements such as kipping pull-ups, toes-to-bar, dynamic muscle-ups, etc.

    Why is there a rip-tab?

    On, adjust, lift! The rip-tab on the back makes them easy to put on and keeps them in place as you train. Need to take the pad off between sets? The elasticated straps on the fingers make them quick to pull off. These practical, comfortable pads adapt to your pace and let you move from one set to the next without wasting time.

    How should you wash these pads?

    Quick and easy to look after! Simply machine-wash at 30°C to keep them clean and effective. We recommend washing them every 3 weeks if you're doing 2 workouts a week.
