    Use

    This griddle is mainly for use on a wood fire, for cooking in the open air. It can be placed on its 3 feet which can be assembled without tools in a few seconds or suspended under a cooking tripod with the included steel cables.
    Be careful not to touch the griddle without gloves or a universal handle (not supplied) during and after cooking, as it is very hot.
    Be sure to grease the griddle well for cooking to prevent the food sticking.

    How to clean and care for your griddle?

    Wash with soapy water before first use.
