Our coach's recommended circuit-training session
Glutes circuit:
Do 3 to 5 rounds of this circuit, with 1 to 2 minutes of recovery after each round.
- Squat with resistance band just above your knees
- Glute bridge
- Donkey kick
- Side walk
- Squat with resistance band just above your knees
Beginner: work for 20 seconds, rest for 40, then move on to the next exercise
Intermediate: work for 30 seconds, rest for 30, etc.
Advanced: work for 40 seconds, rest for 20, etc.
