    Why use a weighted hoop?

The weighted hoop lets you strengthen your abdominal muscles and work on your cardio - all while having fun!
You start gently by removing most of the weights and reducing the size of the hoop, then you can make it bigger as you progress.

    BONUS

When you start, remember that the bigger the hoop's diameter, the harder it is to spin. Try taking out one of the sections the first time you use it!
