TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

Our advice for choosing your size

The trouser material contains elastane. If you are between two sizes, choose the smallest of the two. On buying and after washing, the trousers may seem a little tight. However, they will loosen after use (like a pair of jeans with elastane). There is a nice trim at the hem for making a turn-up and adjusting the trousers to your height. Ultra stretch inserts on the outer hips and inner thighs help the trousers fit different body shapes.

Trousers for all seasons

The trouser material makes them pleasant to wear between seasons or in summer as it is not too hot.

What have we done to reduce our environmental impact?

The main fabric of these trousers contains 79% organic cotton. This is cotton that is grown without chemical fertilisers or pesticides. This preserves biodiversity and soil fertility.
We started using organic cotton in 2006: a narrow market that today only represents 0.4% of worldwide cotton production.

A score for comparing the products' environmental impact

On a scale of A to E, these trousers obtained a C rating.
Our products' environmental impacts are calculated over their entire life cycle. A score is given to each product in order to identify the most eco-friendly products within the same product family: t-shirts, trousers, backpacks, etc.
Decathlon is committed to displaying the environmental data of its products. For more information, go to: https://youtu.be/8t63KkRwn_8

TESTS AND WARRANTY

Test product

Our design team conceives, designs and creates Quechua products in France, at the foot of Mont Blanc. We test them in the field with other campers and hikers, to check their comfort and durability. In the Fontainebleau Forest or in Brittany, for example. We go on as many trails as possible, in all weather conditions. This creates plenty of opportunities for discussions to get your feedback which is used to plan our future products!
