HOW IS BAG VOLUME MEASURED?

The volume of each bag is measured using a standardised method: we fill the main compartment and each pouch will small balls. We then empty the balls into a graduated container, which then gives us the equivalent volume in litres.

2-YEAR WARRANTY

The warranty covers bag defects, excluding those resulting from normal wear and tear and abnormal conditions of use. This 2-year warranty will only be granted on presentation of product.
If the defect is actually covered by the warranty, the product will be repaired or exchanged free of charge. This commercial warranty does not affect the statutory rights applicable in your country and/or state.

Tips for storage and maintenance

Maximum wash temperature 95°C. Normal treatment.
Maximum wash temperature of 30°C. Very moderate treatment.
Iron at a maximum soleplate temperature of 150°C.
Maximum wash temperature 70°C. Normal treatment.
Ironing at a maximum iron soleplate temperature of 200°C.

TESTS AND WARRANTY

Test product

This bag has been subjected to consecutive water repellency, carrying and discolouration testing to verify its ability to retain its shape, colour and waterproof properties in light rain, and its robustness when carried. These tests are performed by an external laboratory to ensure that our quality requirements are met throughout the design process.If despite these tests your bag does not meet with your satisfaction, please leave your review!
