Match the size of your cover to the size of your ball!

All you need to know to find the right cover size is the size of your ball.
If you can't remember, just grab a tape measure to figure out your ball's circumference.
Size 1 is 55 cm (so you should get cover size 1), size 2 is 65 cm and size 3 is 75 cm.

Find out how to get your ball inside its cover

Here's how to fit the ball into the cover:
- Deflate your ball and place it inside the cover
- Position the valve towards the top
- Do up the cover, leaving just enough room to fit the pump through
- Pump up the ball inside the cover
- Do up the cover all the way and sit on the ball to check that you've inflated it correctly

Which size Swiss ball cover do you need?

The size of your cover should match the size of your ball.
Picking the right size is easy: if you're less than 1.6 m tall and weigh less than 85 kg, get size 1. If you're 1.6 to 1.8 m tall and weigh less than 85 kg, get size 2. And if you're more than 1.7 m tall and weigh more than 85 kg, size 3 is the one you'll need.
