It's a free poster that you can download onto your smartphone and easily print out. It has been developed in collaboration with qualified coaches and contains a dozen or so exercises that you can do with your Swiss ball.

WHAT'S THE RIGHT SIZE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN?

Because you'll need different ball sizes as your pregnancy progresses, and so that you don't have to buy several of them, we recommend getting the next size up from what you'd normally need. To stay safe and to ensure this ball won't burst, please follow the restrictions and recommendations for use precisely (see Swiss ball product file).

Tips for storage and maintenance

Drying in a tumble dryer possible. Normal temperature, maximum exhaust air temperature of the drum 80°C.
Maximum wash temperature of 30°C. Very moderate treatment.
Iron at a maximum soleplate temperature of 150°C.
Maximum wash temperature 70°C. Normal treatment.
Ironing at a maximum iron soleplate temperature of 200°C.

Storage tips

We recommend storing your strap in its built-in bag, indoors, away from heat sources.
