We are sorry that the ball basket is less than satisfactory in meeting your sporting needs. We would definitely relay the information provided to our product manager and monitor the performance of the basket closely.
You may bring the defective item to our Bedok, City Square Mall, Joo Koon or SG Lab stores for a one-to-one exchange if you would like to or exchange it with the Artengo Wheeled Tennis Basket (8110461), with a $25 top up. This basket is stronger and more practical. It can also be separated into two parts, a basket and a trolley.

If you would like, you may bring the defective item to our SG Lab, Bedok or Joo Koon stores for a one-to-one exchange. Alternatively, you may also exchange it (at one of the 3 stores mentioned) with a different model (8110461), which is a wheeled tennis ball basket, and top up just $35. We’ll speak with the team in Artengo, it will definitely help us to improve future models.
In case you are not aware, we offer a more technical model which has a different system, it’s lot stronger, it’s also easy to carry and it has wheels which make it better to move around the court. The price difference between your model and the more technical one is £15.
Please remember that all our products have 2 years warranty, so if you think something is not right or doesn’t meet your expectations, please feel free to take them to your closes store or call our customer loyalty team if you have done the purchase online. They will be happy to check if there is a manufacture issue and replace them if possible.TThank you again for your feedback.

I would invite you to come to any of our Decatlhon stores to change the product for a new one (maybe it is a defective) or to receive a refund.
