Punching Bag Stand Fillable Weight - 15kg

Before, you needed to purchase heavy, expensive cast iron plates, so we developed an economical solution: a cover that can be filled with sand to weigh down your 900 punching bag stand.
Simply buy 10 litres of sand to fill it, and several of these fillable weight bags can be stacked on top of one another if needed.

The weight is proportional to the weight of your punching bagBelow are our recommendations for the ratio between
the weight of your punching bag and the weight of your weights:
Bag under 25kg/55lbs = Minimum 20kg/44lbs weight on stand
25 - 25kg / 55lbs - 77lbs bag - Minimum 40kg/88lbs weight on stand
35 - 45kg / 77lbs - 99lbs bag - Minimum 50kg/110lbs weight on stand
45 -55kg / 99lbs - 121lbs bag - Minimum 60kg/132lbs weight on stand

Not suitable for use with punching bags over 55kg/121lbs.

In addition to serving as a weighted base, it can also be used as a weight for strength training.
The two side handles allow it to be used for a variety of exercises: Deadlifts, swings, and other common exercises!
