This is more of a daily use, multi-purpose item. I wear it at home, I do yoga in it, and I sometime wear it for a run!
I wear size UK 10 and bought the same. This is I guess purposefully built to be a bit loose and airy. So I guess you can buy a size smaller if you like body hugging biting.

Material quality is good and dense. But its also great for summers as I did not feel that material is hot.

Frankly, did not get a chance to wear them out because of covid second wave, but have tried them at home. Very comfortable, great fit and style. Straightforward and down to earth. Material is very good.
