I apologize for the bad experience that you have faced with the Swimming Hair Towel. Ideally, all our products have 2 years warranty, which means that we stand by the quality of our products. We have a quality check on our costumes before sending them to the stores.
It is a microfiber combed hair towel and it has a property of Quick absorb and quick dry in comparison for cotton one.
However, I see that you are not happy with the piece. For this, I invite you to any of our Decathlon stores to have the Swimming Hair Towel exchanged for a product that best suits your requirement. Our sales advisors will be happy to help you out with the same.
