Here are the perfect never-to-fail scenarios for a return
Return it the way you receive it
We prefer to receive our products back in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
In case of a manufacturing defect, we take complete responsibility to take it back. No questions asked.
Please Note - Decathlon team retains the right to accept or refuse the return and will choose the adapted solution (exchange, partial or full refund)
Some things we just can't take back
We do not accept a return on perishable goods (food and drinks), products with a hygiene concern (undergarments) and personal safety equipment.
Return Process - FAQ
Yes, the customer can replace the product with a product with a similar price or choose to top up if the item costs more than the item they wish to replace
We do not have this option in South Africa
Write to email@example.com with order id, products being returned, along with valid tracking id & courier name with which order is being shipped. Without these details we won't be able to take the action on your return.
Note: Enclose product(s) and package up securely. Please include a note stating your order number, name, contact details, reason for return.

Pickup of the product will be done within 4-5 business days of you raising a return request. (Note - Keep the product ready in its original packaging)
Refund will be initiated within 24 hrs from when the product has been picked up/dropped at the store. You should get an email confirmation that the refund is initiated.
Within 7-10 business days from the date of initiating a refund, you should receive a refund via the initial method of payment used to place the order.
