Is delivery free and does Decathlon deliver to my location?

www.decathlon.co.za delivers nationwide and our standard delivery times are 2 - 5 working days. Unforunately delivery is not free. The delivery fee varies according to the parcel's weight and the customer's location.Customers within the Gauteng can expect to pay a base fee of R49.45 for all parcels that are between 1 - 2 kilograms while customers living outside of the Gauteng region can expect to pay a base fee of R86.25 for all parcels that are between 1 - 2 kilograms.

 

How long does a click and collect order take to prepare?

Click and Collect orders typically take 48 hours to be prepared and there is no delivery charge for all click and collect orders. When your order is ready for collection, our teammates will inform you that your order is ready to be collected

 

How I facilitate an exchange or log a refund request?

Get in touch with us by either calling us on 010 001 3611 or send an email to contactsouthafrica@decathlon.com. We will then arrange for our courier partner to come and collect your parcel from your location. You will not be required to pay additional courier costs to facilitate your refund and/or exchange request. Furthermore, you are entitled to one free exchange request and then thereafter you will unfortunately be required to pay for your own courier fare for any further exchanges you would need

 

Social Distancing Measures

In order to respect Government guidelines around social distancing, please always keep 2 metres apart from our teammates and other customers. This will clearly be marked in our stores and we will be limiting our customer capacity at the entry to each store. This may involve extra queuing and we appreciate your patience whilst shopping with us. Our Decathlon team mates are of course still available to help and advise you.

 

Cleaning and Sanitation

All our stores are regularly cleaned and we also provide hand sanitizer at the front of each store.

 

In Store Experience

Your experience in our stores may be slightly different than usual. We require all of our customers to wear a face mask at all times when shopping in our stores. In attempts to monitor our environment, we will be screening customers before entry into any of our stores. Before a customer is granted access into our stores, we will first ask to record your temparature and politely ask you to sanitize before entering the store
