Which dumbbells should you choose?
These dumbbells range from 0.5 to 5 kg so that you can select the best weight for your arm strength and how intensely you want to exercise. When you start, choose lighter weights before gradually increasing the weight.
What exercises can you do with your dumbbells?

The 5 kg weights are great and were a good price, but there were no 4kg weights available. The jump from using 3kg to 5kg weights is quite big, I would have liked to use 4kg before going on to the 5kg.

The coating gives great grip, which is helped by the large diameter of the handle is good for big hands!
