Do not buy this product! The mudguards are too short so the mud and water will reach the back of your shirt, pants and helmet! Also the suport tends to flex and it will become easily off center. It seems they have not tested this product in any real scenario. Even if the ground is slightly wet, this product will not work.

Thank you again,
Just wanted some cheap mud guards for my sons bike, didn’t last long before they came off, not broken though. Would probably go for a better pair though
Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback regarding these mudguards. They are our entry level pair. For a more sturdy option, other models are available in the range.

Does what it says on the tin. Fits the Rockrider bikes well
Brought as a Christmas gift. I was told that the one they have got in display is the last one in the stock. I think many people had try it as it was in display, you can tell by looking at tyres as they were a bit dirty. I had my daughter with me and she had her heart set on this bike. I asked the lady who was helping us, if she can give us a bit if discount as the bike was out of the box, no manual instructions and tyres were dirty but her attitude was like, 'take it or leave it.' I was checking their in store system and noticed that they have the same bike in stock in their slough store. I asked the customer service adviser if I can order it from slough but again she said that even if I order it from slough, it will be a display item and won't be brand new. They had two bikes in stock in slough and she said that all their stock is always display items, doesn't matter where I will order it from, I won't get a brand new in box. :-(
I'm Juan Jose Casado, store manager at Staines. I would like to contact you and give you further information. We receive our bikes in a cardboard box. We need to take the bike out of the box (breaking the box), swap the brakes (because our bikes come from France, and all the bikes have their brakes on the opposite side) and after that, we put the bike ready to buy and we recycle the cardboard. The only way to receive a bike inside a box is ordering online and receiving it at home.
The bikes arrive at the store without any customer's manual.
Normally, before a purchase, our customers try the bike inside the store (never outside) and that's why the tires could be dirty. Following your feedback, now we are checking all the bikes and doing a deeper clean of them.
It's all the same for other stores. Anyway, you can find my email address at the end of this email and I'll be happy to solve all your queries.

The only problem was that one of the nuts did not fit any of the bolts and the returns desk refused to do anything without a receipt. Fortunately the repair shop people were human beings and found me a nut of the right size.
I would recommend the product but I would also recommend that you make sure that the nuts and bolts fit BEFORE you leave the shop
It's a great choice. Check its compatibility with your bike prior to buying. For my case, the front one is not suitable for ROCKRIDER 340 MTB.
Great value and looks great on my bike
The mud guards were easy to install, however I am now on my way to work in incredibly muddy jeans due to the rear wheel splashing up onto me. My bike is the btwin riverside 100 with 28” wheels so one is to assume that these guards would fit and cover you from splash up.
Thank you for taking the time to post a review of your experience with these mudguards. I will forward your comments on to the team in charge of this item. They should protect you from the majority of splashes but to be covered in mud whilst riding to work should not happen.
Could you kindly reply to me with a quick photo of your bike with the mudguards fitted as I would like to forward it to the team at b'Twin.

I cannot stress this enough. For Riverside 500 the hole for the back mudguard is too small. I struggled for hours before going in store (without bike) only to be shown how easy it was to fit. Went home and tried for another 45 mins to no avail. Ended up cycling in on a very muddy tow path (hence the need for mudguards) only to be shown how the hole was too small. All fitted now and so far so good. Some wobble but stay in place. Haven’t tested in truly muddy conditions yet.
Good quality product
