Works fine
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
I fitted mine to my standard BTWIN rack and it clips on tightly enough. I wouldn't imagine it would fall off. It does bounce sidways though if I cycle out of the saddle which I try to avoid as no lower securing to rack.
Lost bag
Used for 3 to 6 months
After my purchase of this bag and put it on the side of my bike I lost it more than once and found it by coincidence.
cheap bag
A bag impractical

Fell off on first use
Used for 1 week or less
I was dubious that a slight bump would dislodge it but it managed ok until I hit a steep hill. As soon as I started to get out of the saddle to climb the rocking motion dislodged the bag and it was off into the road, thankfully no cars ran over it. Will have to return it unfortunately
Great capacity, strong zip closure, nice colour
Terrible attachment, fell off on first use

Great value pannier
Used for 3 to 6 months
Fits the racks on all of my bikes. Great colour!
Simple attachment method. Good shape and material.
Hope that the clips last.
not the best, good for the money
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
Bought this pannier for my triban 520 - good match. I use it for commuting with my laptop in, which is a bit of an issue when the carrier comes off! Seems worse on Bristol's uneven / bumpy / potholed roads. So far nothing broken. Perhaps the pannier needs a bottom tie.
style, size, colour
clips not strong enough
Good size, poor fit
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
The bag is a good size for my work gear- it can take an A4 file, lunch box and spare clothes. However, it has fallen off the bike twice. The clips are not strong enough, and the velcro strap has no hope of holding the bag once the clips have let go. There needs to be a third clip facing upwards, to stop the bag from lifting if you go over a bump or catch it with your heel.

I've had to secure it with cable ties, which means that it can't be removed if I park the bike outside.
Good size
Clips are poorly designed

Falls of my bike!
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
I was initially very please with these. They are very good value for money.

But then last week on of the pannier fell of my bike and into the canal. After a big saga getting it back, my phone and change of clothes were ruined. The clips are deep enough, and the velco not strong enough to hold them on.
cheap
They fall off
Response of the brand

lightweight bag, does the job
Used for 3 to 6 months
I like this bag although it's worked its way loose twice from my heel, especially when fairly empty. The two pannier grips are pretty loose (I have a German brand Decathlon rear pannier) and it could really do with 2 adjustable velcro strips, not just one. It isn't that easy to carry around off bike either when it's full of shopping. Having said that, I might get another for the other side of the pannier.
lightweight, takes quite a bit of stuff
2 grips work loose, 1 velcro insufficient
Bright at least
this bags hooking system is the problem. These were bought to be used with a Decathlon bike, but the special Decathlon rack system is too fat for this - normal racks it will be fine, and a worthwhile purchase.

Item taken back same day when found out they didn't fit the bike that they were intended for
Great commuting bag - bright colour for high vis
not so great for everything else
Side Bike bag
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
My 10yr daughter borrows my bags and puts them on her bike when she goes out.
It's fantastic and so easy to use.
