Product test
QUECHUA tent waterproofing is approved for the whole tent under 200 litres of water/hour/sqm (200mm of rain per hour) for 4 hours. The water column test (=mm schmerbers) only measures fabric waterproofing. Our test means we can prevent any water entering through seams, flaps, openings, zips, etc. Wind resistance: We test all of our tents in a wind tunnel with a rotary table to expose each side of the tent to the wind.

Stockage tips
STORAGE: after use or cleaning, do not store your tent until it is perfectly dry to prevent odours and mould forming.

Maintenance tips
1 CLEANING - if needed, clean the tent with soapy water, then rinse (with a hose if possible). Then leave to dry completely. 2 TREE SAP STAINS - Can be very hard to remove Once the stain is fully dry, gently scratch it off while holding an ice cube on the inside of the fabric to make the sap brittle so it will come off more easily. 3 STORAGE - after use or cleaning, do not store your tent until it is perfectly dry to prevent odours and mould from forming.

Excellent value
Used for 1 week or less
We bought one for a bit of shade/ weather protection for when we go to the park with our kids on picnics or at the beach. perfect quality and value (again) from this brand and this store. Takes about 10 minutes to set up. Some sip-up side panels would be an excellent addition but you can easily use a sheet and some clothes pegs to get the same result. Well worth it.
Rain shelter
Used for 1 week or less
As expected. Another great product from Quechua. Cannot fault the quality of any of their
outdoor gear. Perhaps detachable roll up/down flaps might be a good addition and would not increase the bulk/ weight by much? Just a thought.
Really good value shelter
Used for 1 week or less
Took me 5-10 minutes to assemble on my own, the only bit I struggled with was flipping the roof rods into place but that was ok too.

Kept us dry and protected us from the sun and was a good size we could cook and eat under. Felt sturdy and strong once assembled in the wind and we weren't afraid about it flying off down the camp site.

The only downside is it doesn't have doors, but we just used a wind break round the sides that needed it and kept some airflow.

2 - 3 days delivery.
Wholeheartedly recommend.
Great shelter
Used for 1 week or less
Bought this shelter to keep us dry in our lazy spa, bought 4 shower curtains for the sides. Ideal for what I wanted nice and sturdy. I am 5ft 2 and I managed to build this on my own. Can't fault it at all.
