Does not fit modern wider frames
Used for 1 week or less
Bought for 16" wheel girls bike, frame far wider than mounting bracket.
Can I return if I've ripped open the 'impossible to open any other way' box?

Used for 2 to 8 weeks
do not fit the bike very well
Response of the brand
I'm sorry to read that these stabilisers did not fit the bike very well. There are some variances in some frames and on the whole this product is compatible with most.
Without having seen the bike it is hard to tell but if you are not satisfied with them, then please return them to store for something more suitable. You are more than welcome to bring the bike with you to see if we can assist.

Good purchase
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
Easy and straight forward to put together. Just check the box before buying as some of the training wheels with a similar box are for BTWIN bikes only.
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
Simple to install with minimal tools. Sturdy & well engineered. Should fit most bikes easily.

Great product but not for multi gear bikes, even though decathlon staff will sell them to you when you buy one.

very convenient to install and remove
Used for 7 to 12 months
The product is wonderful and easy to use my kid used it for good 6months and after a while he himself removed it as he got confidence to ride his bike
Good, strong one
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
Good, strong one
Very sturdy piece of hardware
Used for 7 to 12 months
The supporting wheels were easy to install, and my daughter have been using them for nearly an year. we are very satisfied by the product and its functionality
Training wheels came off within 2 KMs of run
Used for 3 to 6 months
I got the wheel along with the btwin cycle from Decathalon, Sohna road (near subhash chowk). It was all fitted by the store staff.
While my son was riding the bike within society, the wheel came off on its own. We were lucky that he did not get hurt. I would not recommend these training wheels to anyone.
Response of the brand
Hello Vikas,

Thank you for taking the time to give us your review. Apologies for the bad experience. Please let us know from which store you have purchased the side wheels from and we will check with the store cycling leader. Side wheels have to be checked regularly for rigidity because they can get loose on repeated impacts on them externally. We have started to learn this more and more thanks to reviews from our users.  We will forward the same feedbacks to the design o and find better solutions for the future. Your feedback helps us do the same.

I remain available at your disposal.
