Why can you say that the TRAVEL 100 hat offers UV protection?
UV protection standards for hats are very specific. The fabric must of course be anti-UV (UPF index greater than 50), but this is not enough to claim the finished product is anti-UV. The hat must also have a wide brim which fully protects the face and the neck (7cm).
The TRAVEL 100 hat meets these requirements so you can go hiking with complete peace of mind: you will be perfectly protected!
Does the TRAVEL 100 hat hold well on your head?
The soft cord is comfortable. It keeps the hat in place even in windy conditions.
Why were these specific materials chosen for the TRAVEL 100 hat?
We decided to make this hat with mostly cotton blended with polyester to increase its breathability.
