THE IMPORTANCE OF THE CUSHIONING
In order to run long distances while delivering maximum comfort and performance, we have devoted special attention to the sole using 2 technologies:
- K-Ring: ring located in the heel to improve cushioning at the rear and spread the shockwave in order to effectively protect the body (joints, back, knees, etc.)
.- Kalensole: improves cushioning by 34% and energy return by 25% when compared with conventional foam and lasts up to 1,000 km.
REBOUND WITH EACH STRIDE
Better performance and times for all distances up to marathon thanks to the UP'BAR technology and TPE (Pebax®) located under the sole, the KIPRUN FAST 2 improves dynamism (rebound) and provides additional propulsion with each stride.
SUITED TO ALL TYPES OF STRIDES (NEUTRAL, OVER-PRONATOR, UNDER-PRONATOR)
Thanks to the exclusive K-ONLY technology and denser foam located under the first metatarsal, you no longer need to know your stride type (over-pronator, under-pronator, neutral)!
A 6-month study conducted with the Luxembourg Institute of Health* showed that the K-Only concept suits all strides.

All our shoes are field tested for wear and comfort by male runners not associated with Decathlon. The aim is to test, improve and validate the product as objectively as possible so that you can run without a problem.

The Kalenji team includes runners of all levels of ability. Every day, we test our products to try them out and improve them. They are then tested by a panel of users under the real-life conditions for which they are designed. Before you put them on, they have already covered several thousands of kilometres and completed hundreds of races ranging from 10 km to the marathon distance.
