TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS
How can fleece fabric provide insulation?
The fleece material can trap air thanks to the volume created by its texture (and the brushed knit), creating an insulating layer that keeps the body warm.
The fleece has been laboratory-tested for a comfort temperature of between 7 and 10°C without an additional jacket.
How is thermal comfort measured?
The thermal resistance test shows the loss of heat between the body and the outside, indicating the insulating properties of the product. It is carried out on fabric using probes or on clothing using thermal manikins in extreme conditions, therefore measuring the conservation of body heat.
Why use a stretchy fabric?
This fleece gilet with stretchy fabric gives you complete freedom of movement for your outdoor adventures. It is fitted to the body and provides comfort and flexibility with every movement. So you can enjoy your activities to the full without your clothes getting in the way.
A practical fleece gilet
This gilet is incredibly practical! With its compressible fabric and weighing only 255 g in size L, this gilet is easy to pack away in your backpack. What's more, it has two zipped hand pockets to keep your personal belongings safe while you're on the move.
How to look after your fleece gilet
To machine wash your gilet without damaging it, choose a 40° synthetic fabric programme. Put it inside out and check that all pockets are closed. To protect the fabric, set the spin speed to a maximum of 1,000 rpm. Do not tumble dry.
